Sci-fi dream

Gareth Pugh is not really my kind of man, because he's a bit too avantgarde to my taste. I didn't really find him suitable for Paris. I think he's more of a London guy. But then this collection came along, and my mind changed. This is of course avantgarde, but still very Parisian and very chic. The leather and how it's draped makes it very organic and gives the collection such a soft look while the makeup and the colors still made it very dark, a bit like Nina Ricci fall/winter 2010. I'm in love with this collection. It's sort of a sci-fi leather dream.

More green

At the just completed Milan fashion week, one of the bright colors between all the expected black dresses, was as in New York green. Not the spring season like grass green, but a much more toned down and sophisticated green. All colors can be good or bad, it's just a matter of finding the right shade to balance it. From the left: Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Bottega Veneta, Giorgio Armani.

Long or short

At Etro it was either long or short. Two looks that doesn't really suit me and my hight very well. So I guess I'm not a Etro girl for winter. And that's really just fine by me. That totally Milan girl that Etro portrayed isn't my style anyway.
