I think this dress (and the sunglasses) by Proenza Schouler (spring 2009) would be the perfect outfit to wear when eating french macaroons. Perfect for a spring day in the Tuileries in Paris in the shade of a tree. Especially perfect if Willy Wonka could join you for a cup of tea and a lemon or raspberry macaroon. I can't think of any better way to spend an afternoon.
